Products and condition

We sell new, open-box and refurbished electronics. Each product page states the item condition, and we describe each product as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly by screen.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated. We may change prices, correct errors and limit quantities, and we may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or priced in error, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We use secure checkout and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs and delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
