Refund and exchange policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how exchanges and refunds work at Electro Emporium.

Open-box and refurbished items

Open-box and refurbished items are eligible for exchange only. If an item is not the right fit or has a functional issue, contact us and we will arrange an exchange for a replacement unit, subject to inspection and availability.

Brand-new items

Brand-new, unopened items in their original packaging may be eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Contact us within 12 days of delivery to start a request.

How to start

  1. Contact us with your order number.
  2. We will confirm the next step and arrange shipping or pickup of the item.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we ship your replacement or issue your refund where eligible.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned with all original accessories and packaging.
  • Items damaged by misuse, liquid or accidental damage are not eligible.
  • Shipping costs for orders are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us right away with photos and your order number and we will make it right.
